Ari Murukku is a crunchy, flavoursome deep fried snack popular in Kerala. A tea time snack, Murukku is prepared from a mixture of black gram dal, rice flour and spices. Its main ingredient is rice flour, that is why it is specially called as Ari murukku(Ari means rice in kerala).
