The clinical pharmacist I has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.

Required qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy. Or
PharmD in Pharmacy.
upon hire: Montana Pharmacist License.
When eligible and where applicable, obtain a Board of Pharmacy Preceptor license
Where applicable Basic Life Support-Provider (BLS)
Preferred qualifications:
Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience.
Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency
