Role Objective LIV Golf is seeking a highly motivated Senior Director, Investor Relations & Reporting to lead our Investor Relations & Reporting group. You will be responsible for managing and enhancing company relationships with shareholders, potential investors, and the financial community. You will develop and implement LIV Golf's investor relations plans, strategies, and programs. In addition, you will oversee the development and accuracy of all standardized reporting. The aim is to establish processes and systems to build a reputable investor relations function that spans strategy, operations, and finance. You will be a key interface between LIV Golf and the investor team. Responsibilities Own the preparation and delivery of LIV Golf's standardized reporting. Organize and conduct investor meetings, conferences, and calls Serve as the link between LIV's executive team and investors, sharing the company's strategic progress and financial performance to the investor team. Develop and execute a robust communication plan designed to keep the investment community informed about the company's strategies, financials, and other significant developments. Work closely with the executive leadership team to ensure that the company's strategic, financial, and operational information is accurately and effectively communicated. Contribute to broader company-wide strategic initiatives and projects across business units and departments Assist in the preparation of presentations and other communications to the executive team, Board of Directors, and other stakeholders Collaborate with all departments to ensure consistent messaging and compliance with reporting requirements. Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of investor relations initiatives and identifying opportunities for improvement. Experience ~7 to 10+ years of experience in a similar role, in a finance-related field, or at a top-tier consulting firm. ~ BSc degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field. ~ MBA or other relevant post-graduate qualification would be advantageous. ~ Proven track record of owning structured reporting ~ Proven work experience in investor relations, public relations or related field. ~ Ability to understand and communicate complex financial information. ~ Strong analytical skills to evaluate financial data and recognize important market trends Required Skills Exceptional business acumen coupled with a strong strategic mindset and financial skills Nuanced communication skills to relay complex financial information in a clear and concise manner Strategic thinking abilities to develop and execute investor relations plans and strategies Interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with investors and stakeholders Leadership skills to manage the investor relations team and oversee all investor relations activities Ability to work effectively under pressure, especially during reporting periods Organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines Customer service skills to respond effectively to investor inquiries and concerns Must be able to perform in a high-pressure environment, and be able to meet tight deadlines LIV Golf Investments is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace and the equal treatment of all current and prospective employees.
