We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Events Assistant to support our Events Department in the planning and execution of high-impact corporate and promotional events. The ideal candidate will be an organized multitasker with strong communication and administrative skills, ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating event logistics, timelines, and vendor relations
Support with venue scouting, contract preparation, and budget tracking
Handle event materials, documentation, and inventory
Ensure timely communication with clients, partners, and internal teams
Manage RSVP tracking, guest lists, and attendee support
Contribute to on-site setup, registration, and breakdown of events
Provide post-event reports and feedback for continuous improvement
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, or related field
1+ year of experience in event coordination or administrative support (internships considered)
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools
Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends as needed
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
