The Night Operations Supervisor oversees warehouse operations during night shifts to ensure smooth inventory management and order fulfillment processes. This role supervises a team of associates responsible for picking, packing, and shipping orders efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer service.
Schedule:
Sunday - Thursday 7 pm to completion Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations during night shifts ensuring timely order processing and product shipments.
- Manage and assign tasks to warehouse associates, prioritizing workloads based on volume and deadlines.
- Monitor performance metrics such as fill rates, order cycle times, and associate productivity to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including day shift managers, to address operational challenges and implement solutions.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and ensure adherence to all safety protocols within the warehouse.
- Train new hires on standard operating procedures (SOPs), including picking, packing, and shipping processes.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to order status or product quality promptly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge of material handling equipment and warehouse systems such as WMS and RF scanners.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach associates to achieve peak performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical requirements include standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., pushing/pulling, and working at elevated heights.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position $63,800 - $106,400
